Terms & good to know

Fair for both sides

Advance to start

Projects begin with a 40% advance; the balance is due on delivery. Larger builds are split into milestones, each paid before the next begins.

Fixed quote first

Listed prices are starting points. Work begins only after a written, fixed quote for your exact scope is agreed — no surprises.

Revisions included

Two rounds of revisions are included per milestone. Further changes or new requirements are quoted and billed separately.

Scope changes billed

Anything added after the quote is a change request with its own price — protecting the timeline and the agreed cost.

Third-party costs are separate

Domains, paid APIs, plugins, SMS/email credits, WhatsApp Business API (Meta) message fees and app-store / publishing fees are paid by the client at actual cost — not included in the quote.

You provide the content

Text, images and required access are shared by you up front. Delays in content or approvals extend the timeline, not the price.

Hosting billed yearly, in advance

Hosting & maintenance is paid annually, up front, and renews each year. It can be cancelled before renewal.

Advance covers work done

The advance is non-refundable once work has started, since it covers time already invested. Quotes are valid for 30 days. GST extra where applicable.
